TechTide AI and the two decisions

TechTide AI is the AI-automation agency Alex founded for operators with a system they can no longer trust. It takes on two decisions: whether an AI workflow stuck between demo and dependable operations should ship, and whether a business-critical Airtable system should stay or go. Scope and pricing live there, not here.

Work runs through one of two decision engagements: Systems Decision Audit for AI stuck short of dependable operations, and the Airtable Rescue Decision Sprint for operations that outgrew their base.

Alex is a 13-year US enterprise IT operator whose career compounded from the help desk into systems and cloud engineering, then architecture, and finally into full-time AI implementation as Founder & CTO, TechTide AI. Every layer of the operating intelligence thesis was learned inside real businesses, not invented on a slide.

2013 to 2016

Help desk & field ops

Frontline support inside US enterprises. Learned how work actually moves, from tickets and exceptions to the humans who route them.

2016 to 2020

Systems & cloud engineering

Systems administration, cloud migrations, identity, monitoring. The connective plumbing under the org chart.

2020 to 2023

Architecture & platform work

Designing across CRMs, billing, support, and internal tools. Watching where integrations fail, and how much money leaks through the seams.

2024 to now

TechTide AI, Founder & CTO

Two years focused on AI implementation. Production agents, retrieval, and the unglamorous infrastructure underneath them. This is the arc that taught me which systems are worth shipping and which ones should stop.
